“Change begins in the mind; if you can shift your thoughts, you can shift your life. It all starts with you.” - Ayla
Welcome Ladies ! I’m Ayla, a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. My passion is helping women navigate the intersection of faith and mental health, equipping them with the wisdom, strength, and tools to heal, grow, and step into their God-given purpose.
Our Mission
Ayla Speaks exists to bridge the gap between faith and mental health, providing a safe and nurturing space for women to explore their emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being. We believe that healing begins with the renewal of the mind and that mental health should not be separated from faith but rather embraced as part of our spiritual journey.
Our Vision
We aim to inspire women to reconnect with their authentic selves, honor their God-given gifts, and experience true restoration in their relationships with God, with others, and with themselves.
Scripture reminds us, “And our daughters like corner pillars fashioned for a palace” (Psalm 144:12). This vision calls us to stand firm in our faith, embrace the refining process, and grow into the women God has created us to be. Life is not always easy, and struggles are inevitable, but through faith and perseverance, we are being fashioned and strengthened for His purpose.
Sometimes, in order to change, we have to go through the pain. Trials are not meant to break us but to refine us, just as deep cleaning a home can make things look worse before they get better. When we pull everything out, the mess is overwhelming but only through that process can we restore order, clarity, and peace.
The Bible reminds us, “The testing of your faith produces endurance” (James 1:3). Endurance is built in the struggle. It is in the moments of discomfort, pruning, and transformation that we are strengthened for the purpose God has for us.
Why We’re Different
In today’s world, faith is often left out of conversations about mental health. At Ayla Speaks, we believe that integrating biblical principles with psychological insights creates a deeper, more holistic healing process. We honor both the science of the mind and the transformative power of faith, ensuring that women receive support that nurtures their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
What We Offer
Our approach is rooted in faith-based, evidence-driven care, designed to support women in every aspect of their healing journey.
• Evidence-Based Practices – Rooted in modern therapeutic approaches to ensure effective care.
• Faith-Centered Care – Incorporating biblical principles to address spiritual needs.
• Supportive Community – Connecting women who are on similar journeys of healing and growth.
• Resources for Growth – Workshops, social media content, and tools that educate, inspire, and empower.
Our Why
Women today face immense societal pressures struggling with self-identity, navigating relationships, and battling a world that often devalues their worth. Ayla Speaks seeks to help women rediscover their value in the eyes of God.
Inspired by biblical figures like Esther, Huldah, and Deborah, we create a space where women can flourish spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Healing is not just about self-care; it is about stewardship caring for our minds, bodies, and spirits as temples of the Holy Spirit.
At Ayla Speaks, we are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in faith communities and empowering women to embrace their unique, God-ordained paths. Together, we stand as pillars in God’s kingdom strong, resilient, and deeply rooted in Him.
